This Privacy Policy explains how RBA Infotech (“we”, “us”, “our”), a software and AI training provider in Chennai, India, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use rbainfotech.com, sign up or register for our workshops and courses, or contact us.

1. Information we collect

  • Details you give us: your full name, mobile number and email address when you sign up, register for a workshop, fill in a contact or feedback form, or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Sign in with Google: if you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
  • Account details: if you create an account, we store your name, email, mobile number and sign-in information on our website.
  • Payment details: payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of the payment (amount, date, payment ID, and the name, mobile and email you provide). We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
  • Technical information: like most websites, our site and hosting provider automatically record basic data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, and use cookies needed for sign-in, security and performance. When you sign up or sign in, we also record your device type (for example mobile or desktop), operating system and browser, and your approximate location (city, state and country) worked out from your IP address. We do not track your precise location.

2. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and let you sign in.
  • To register you for workshops, masterclasses and courses, and confirm your seat.
  • To process payments and send receipts.
  • To send joining details, session reminders and updates by email, WhatsApp or phone.
  • To add you to the WhatsApp group for the programme you joined.
  • To reply to your questions and provide support.
  • To tell you about our upcoming trainings and offers. You can opt out at any time.
  • To keep our website secure and improve our services.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

  • Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Razorpay, for payments.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), when you join a programme WhatsApp group or message us.
  • Hostinger, our website and email hosting provider.
  • Video meeting platforms (such as Zoom or Google Meet) used to run live online sessions.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. How long we keep your information

We keep your information while your account is active or as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and tax requirements, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see section 6).

5. How we protect your information

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to your data is limited to our team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask us to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you,
  • correct or update it,
  • delete your account and personal information,
  • withdraw your consent or stop marketing messages.

To do any of these, email contact@rbainfotech.com or message us on WhatsApp at 90801 34575. If you signed in with Google, you can also remove our access at any time from your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps & services.

7. Children

Our services are intended for students, professionals and adults. If you are under 18, please use our services with the consent of a parent or guardian.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the “Last updated” date.
